What does the name "Isleitudes" mean?

Isleitudes is a word we created.  It means "island attitudes".  This meaning is reflected in many of the laid back items that we offer. The name was inspired by the song, "Changes in Latitudes, Changes in Attitudes" by the late, great Jimmy Buffett.  His spirit and his music live on forever.

Where do you source the merchandise available on Isleitudes.com?

We work with our favorite suppliers from the USA and around the world.  We are constantly searching for fun, comfortable, and attractive selections to share with you.

Do you have a loyalty or rewards program?

Yes!  We appreciate your business and expressing that appreciation is a big part of who we are.  There are many ways to earn and accumulate points (sea shells) to be redeemed for discounts or free merchandise.  Click the "Isleitudes Rewards" tab at the bottom of any page for details.  Joining is free and we even reward you just for being born!

Do you offer installment payments?

Yes!  Orders of $50 dollars are more can be split evenly over four interest-free payments.

How are shipping charges calculated?

Shipping is FREE for all orders of $75 or more in the USA.

Shipping for orders of $29.99 or less is set at a flat rate of $6.50.

Shipping for orders from $30 to $74.99 is set at a flat rate of $8.50.  

How long before my order ships?

In stock items ship within 1-2 business days.  Shipping times for preorder and custom items vary.  More details, including projected ship dates, will be provided on the product page for the item you order.

Do you ship worldwide?

At this time, we only ship to USA destinations.  We are presently working to make as many items as possible available for global shipping.  We will update this information as these services develop.

What about returns?

We want you to be happy with your purchase.  If you are not pleased with an item, please contact us within 15 days of receiving it, and we will arrange happiness (free shipping for returns). We ask that you return the item in new and unused condition.  You will not be held responsible if you receive damaged or flawed merchandise.
